1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "jilko," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR license and accessible at https://jilko.cam.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the jilko services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with jilko.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered by jilko, including but not limited to casino games, slots, live dealer games, sports betting, sabong, and bingo.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing legal gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Website" or "Platform" refers to the jilko website, mobile site, and any associated applications or interfaces through which Services are delivered.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as may be amended from time to time.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with jilko. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

jilko services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and use. You may not use jilko services if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jilko complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) jilko account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false information are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual (via IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other means), all such accounts will be closed, and any funds or winnings therein may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and residential address. This information must match government-issued identification documents. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilko login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jilko shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your jilko account is deemed to be authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you or by an unauthorized third party who obtained access to your account. You remain liable for all deposits, wagers, losses, and other transactions made through your account.

3.3 Account Maintenance

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact information, payment details, or personal circumstances change, you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals, prevent account verification, or result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilko accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in deposit reversal and account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of the payment provider. jilko is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or other third parties. No interest accrues on deposited funds.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and may be non-refundable due to processing fees.

4.4 Deposit Fees

jilko does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your jilko account at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, jilko requires identity verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You must provide clear copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). 5.3 Processing Times

Once your account is verified and a withdrawal is approved, processing typically occurs within twenty-four (24) hours. However, processing times may be extended for large withdrawals, during periods of high transaction volume, or when additional security checks are required. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as specified on the Platform.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed if there are pending investigations related to your account, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, if there are outstanding chargebacks or payment disputes, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any stage of the withdrawal process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or otherwise acting in bad faith to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. Any suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Right to Modify or Cancel

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled while active on your account, we will provide reasonable notice and any wagering progress will be preserved where feasible.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games offered on jilko use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. You agree to play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on jilko has specific rules, paytables, and betting limits. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money. Game rules are available within each game interface or in the game information section of the Platform.

7.3 Software and Errors

While we strive to ensure the Platform operates smoothly, technical errors, software malfunctions, and display errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a malfunction, game error, or software defect, all affected wagers and payouts are void. We are not liable for losses caused by technical errors beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or device malfunctions.

7.4 Sports Betting and Sabong

For sports betting and sabong, we reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds, match postponement, or duplicate betting markets). Settlement of sports bets and sabong wagers is based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority or event organizer.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using jilko services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Underage gambling: Use of jilko services by any person under the age of twenty-one (21).
• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen credit cards, chargebacks, false payment information, or any form of payment fraud.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identification, impersonating another person, or registering accounts using another person's information.
• Money laundering: Using jilko for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Bot usage: Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Exploitation: Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account farming: Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilko staff or other users.
• Unlawful activity: Any use of jilko services in violation of Philippine law or international law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on the jilko Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, trademarks, and trade names, is the exclusive property of jilko or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in any such content is transferred to you through your use of the Platform.

9.2 License Grant

jilko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without express written permission.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used to provide jilko services. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of jilko without express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

jilko strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption or error. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of jilko services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jilko's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits you made to your jilko account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

10.4 Third-Party Services

jilko is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, telecommunications carriers, or internet service providers. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your jilko account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. We may charge an administrative fee for processing account closures where there is a remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold.

11.2 Termination by jilko

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Use of multiple accounts
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Inactivity for an extended period (typically twelve months or more)
• Request by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use jilko services immediately ceases. We will endeavor to return any remaining balance to you after deducting any outstanding obligations, disputed amounts, or administrative fees. However, if your account is closed due to fraudulent activity, breach of Terms, or violation of law, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

11.4 Survival

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive termination of your account.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of jilko services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data Protection Compliance

jilko complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

12.3 Data Sharing

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) as necessary to provide jilko services. We may also disclose your information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or other government agencies as required by Philippine law or in response to valid legal process.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Regulatory Authority

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jilko is subject to the oversight and regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. In the event of a dispute related to gaming fairness, license compliance, or other regulatory matters, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their published procedures. PAGCOR's determination in such matters shall be final and binding.

13.4 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred. This limitation period does not apply to claims related to fraud or willful misconduct.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Amendments

jilko reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of jilko services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver by jilko of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by jilko to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. jilko may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any successor or affiliate at any time without your consent. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

14.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilko regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
